Our residence offers free on-site parking (subject to availability) as well as public parking outside the property. Neither option can be reserved in advance.

Several bus lines connect the residence to the city centre: routes 11, 12 and 13 operate during weekdays, while routes 90, 92, and 98 provide evening and holiday services. The nearest bus stop for both directions is "Porta Vescovo", located approximately 200 metres from the residence. More information is available on the ATV Verona website, the local public transport operator.

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped. Cookware, dishes, and kitchen utensils are included in every apartment.

Yes, we provide a private garage where motorcycles can be parked free of charge.

Yes, bed linen and bathroom towels are fully included in your stay.

We guarantee apartment availability from 3:00 PM onwards. If you arrive earlier and your apartment is not yet ready, we will be happy to complete your registration, provide useful information, and store your luggage free of charge.

Check-out is required by 10:00 AM. We offer a complimentary 30-minute grace period until 10:30 AM. After this time, late check-out is subject to availability and an additional charge.

Yes, dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €10.00 per day. Upon arrival, guests are required to sign our pet policy. The main rule is that pets must never be left unattended inside the apartment.

Our reception is open 24 hours a day, so check-in is available at any time.

Yes, we are pleased to provide a baby cot free of charge upon request.

Unfortunately, our internal regulations do not allow cats to stay at the property.

The residence is approximately 1.1 km from the first access point to Verona's historic centre and about 2 km from the Arena di Verona.

Yes, the property is fully accessible and free of architectural barriers. The lift complies with accessibility regulations. For accessibility requirements, guests must book the "One-Bedroom Apartment" category and contact the property before confirming the reservation to verify availability.


The airport is approximately 30 minutes from the residence. Guests may take a taxi (estimated cost €40.00–€50.00) or the Aerobus to Verona Porta Nuova railway station. Upon request, we can arrange a private transfer directly to the residence for €60.00.

Superior Apartments are equipped with a Lavazza A Modo Mio espresso machine. Standard Apartments include a traditional Italian moka coffee maker.

During the Vinitaly exhibition, we offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Verona Exhibition Centre. During the rest of the year, the exhibition centre can be reached by public transport or taxi.

Yes, the residence offers complimentary bicycles, subject to daily availability and not reservable in advance. Please note that bicycles cannot be used after check-out.
